- lots of talk about focus groups of teens and cell phones
- cells very popular among teens
- Good ideas teens brought up
- Tech increases, they can see more imersive stuff on phones in future
- like the independance of doing a tour on thier own, not in a group
- Having photos, web, etc as phones get better gives more immersive experience to patrons, beyond just audio.
- Hard to figure out correct kind of content to put on the phone. Still researching.
